Company Overview

Tour enables businesses to embed their best salesperson’s guided tour on their website.

Property managers use Tour to 4x the number of tours delivered and increase conversion rate by ~75%, while delivering a personalized tour to every website visitor.

We achieved $450k ARR this year with steady month-over-month growth.

Lesson learned (and acted on)

One of our partners lost a handful of properties under management. That was a forcing function for two realizations:

We need to proactively help property management companies win in their markets, so their (and our) portfolios expand rather than shrink.
We need to more aggressively expand across portfolios and into new property management companies.

New product: Tour.report

Keeping this in mind, I engineered an AI agent that can browse a website and generate an AI market report, called Tour.report. It helps a property understand how it stacks up against competitors across pricing, ads, socials, and more.

We’ve already seen this product get us into late-stage deals and win us new deals too.

New pipeline opportunities

We now have ~$500k in pipeline, largely driven by Tour.report.

Updated Goals

We’re attending LeaseCon / TurnCon on Dec 8–9, and we’ve been invited as panelists on the AI track.
Our newest product unlocks a new target: potentially ~80% MoM growth in # of paying customers (this wasn’t possible before).
Between now and the conference, our goals:
- Publish 15–30 posts
- Ship 5 AI feature releases
We want to speak with 30 investors open to discussing a lead Seed round end of this year or early next.
